​​The Coaching for Performance: Coach Certification Pathway is already available via live online classes. The distance learning coach training offers flexibility to plan your learning around other commitments, wherever you are in the world. This gold-quality International Coach Federation (ICF) approved programme offers a high level of individual attention and feedback with the goal of creating powerful coaches.

The certification pathway includes facilitator-led training, guided self-study, learning log, coaching assignments, client coaching practice, mentor coaching, observation, feedback and assessment.

Online Surveys & Evaluation

​Sharing feedback is a learning and development opportunity, and essential to high performance and leadership excellence. Experience shows that people prefer to work in an environment where there is high-quality feedback. Is your leadership style directive or more like a coach? To invite 360° feedback from your peers and direct reports, direct them to our online 360° feedback form. When sending you their feedback they have the option to remain anonymous should they prefer to do so.

A 360° feedback session can be a very useful before-and-after benchmark for coaching. Send a survey to or interview the coachee’s leader, direct reports and peers to gain a 360° view on the impact of the coaching. At the outset of the coaching relationship, this provides a baseline or starting point to explore areas of development to focus on in the coaching. Repeat the process at the end of the coaching to see the extent of the coachee’s development. If you have a long-term coaching engagement, for example for 12 months, you could do 360° feedback halfway through as well.​ A simple 360° survey will shortly be available for download on this site.

We have created a model to map the culture of an organization or the behaviour of an individual as an indicator of performance. The Performance Curve is useful for coaches to explore the prevailing cultural ethos and mindset with their coachees and for leaders to explore that of their organization's culture. The Performance Curve survey can be taken by a team, an entire organization or even a curious individual. You will soon be able to complete the survey online on this site.​​

What are the benefits to an individual of coaching? What are the benefits to an organization of adopting a coaching culture? Measuring the impact of coaching in the wider context of the organization is essential in order to be able to obtain a figure for the return on investment (ROI). The templates for our coaching evaluation tool will soon be available on this site. The methodology is based on adult learning theory; the evaluation process helps coachees to be more conscious and therefore own and sustain their development more fully. The methodology is entirely facilitative and respectful of confidentiality, and is fully in line with the principles of coaching.

We offer a form of meditation created by Gita Bellin whose work has transformed corporations globally. The practice is designed for leaders to connect with their purpose and create a high-performance mind, and we will shortly be sharing how to learn this on this site.​​
